Most Disliked
While Don's Drive-In excels in many areas, some customers have noted that the prices have gone up recently, making it less budget-friendly for certain diners. Wait times can be longer during peak hours, especially on weekends when the restaurant sees high foot traffic. A few reviews mention the limited seating space, which can feel crowded at times, detracting from the overall dining experience. That's something to keep in mind if you're hoping to dine in during busy periods. However, the quality of food generally outweighs these minor inconveniences.

If you are in the downtown puyallup area and are looking for a good place for a good burger then look no further. Don's drive-in is right across from the fairgrounds next to 711 and is a must go to place to eat. They have a good selection of burgers, seafood ( fish and chips), chicken strips and chicken burgers to choose from. I personally ordered the monster burger which was a 1/2lb bacon cheeseburger with the works and it was a very good burger that was made to order and everything was fresh. I enjoyed my burger with a large fry and a strawberry shake both of which were good as well. The frys were hot and crispy, just how frys should be. Now lets talk price. They did have to raise their prices due to the increase of food prices due to the pandemic so I ended up paying 40 bucks for two monster burger combos and a cheeseburger kids meal. This is not a cheap eat spot but the food is delicious and you get a good portion of food that is cooked fresh. I would say if you dont mind the prices then you must stop and try Don's drive-in. I give this a solid 5 out of 5 stars easy.

Stopped by for some burgers. Man this one is a good one right here. I came in munchies full effect. I ordered a bacon burger, fries, and soda. The burger was 🔥. The fries were crisp and fresh. The workers were friendly and our food was made in a reasonable amount of time. Will be stopping by when in the area. Better than the McDonald's fastfood.

Very friendly staff. Was my first time and they were patient and super helpful. Good variety on the menu, both burgers and fries. Also liked that I could sub a Milkshake in for the meal drink. It was a little wait, but totally worth it. Good burger, good, crispy fry, and the chocolate shake was fantastic. Definitely will make a return visit when the opportunity arrives!

I've finally found my favorite burger in Pierce County. The monster burger was so good, and filling. And wrinkle fries. The employees are all very nice. Crowded seating, but it feels like one of the left over burger shacks from the 70s. Love this place

Loved this place! We stopped on our way through town. My partner got a burger and I got fish and chips. I love that the food, though fried, isn't as oily as other places. And their milkshakes are awesome!

Cute spot. Good ole diner fried foods. Had the prawns. Want to try the halibut sandwich (yes) next. It cost more to switch to onion rings, sweet potato fries etc. Everything cooked to order. Closed on Sunday. Old fashion diner!
